Brownbeard's Cursed Pirate Treasure
You're a team of detectives at the Patchwork Detective Agency, and you’ve been hired by a history student who's on the trail of a cursed pirate treasure. Puzzles, online sleuthing, augmented reality, and hilarity ensues. Solving Brownbeard’s clues will require your team to work together in both analytical and creative ways, solving complex puzzles as well as playing silly social games together.
You and your detective team will need to:
- track down clues
- decode messages and solve puzzles
- communicate, collaborate, and play together
This event is an incredibly fun twist on a classic team-building experience, full of unique puzzles that require all hands on deck, collaboration, consensus building, and creativity.
Can you channel your inner pirate and help find Brownbeard’s Cursed Pirate TreasARRRRR?
Your group is going to be playing a virtual escape room. Just log into the videochat link at the time of your game and our facilitators will take care of the rest. You might want to have some scratch paper and a writing utensil nearby for puzzle solving. Even if you’re in the same conference room, every participant should join on their own device. One puzzle will require you to use two devices, so have a phone or tablet handy.
This game is best for teams of between 5 and 10 participants. If your group is larger, we’ll use breakout rooms to create smaller teams and groups will compete for the fastest time to escape. Each breakout room will have one live actor/host for the team to rescue.
