Coolidge Yoga's goal is to provide a supportive space for communities to practice yoga. This is a great class option for all yoga levels to relax and stretch for a perfect break in the busy day!
In this class, students will focus on longer-held postures. These postures will be supported by bolsters, blankets, yoga blocks, or whatever you have accessible to you to help maintain them with comfort and ease. This class aids in slowing down, restoring the body’s natural rhythms, and grounding oneself both physically and mentally.
