Come challenge and stretch your body in this 30-minute all-level class that will leave you feeling better than when you started!
Yoga Fusion is a blend of power yoga, hot yoga (as in sequencing), and vinyasa flow. Participants move through creative sequencing and alternate between static holds and steady movement with fluid breathing. Class may also include more challenging poses depending on participants' wants to stretch and strengthen the body. Deeper stretching, breath work, or rest time will end the practice.
