Stretch/Recharge: This class will stretch every muscle, work your core, improve self awareness and ends with a relaxation period- perfect for anytime of the work day.
Body Blast: Fun, upbeat class that will work the whole body, make you sweat, and suitable for all levels using only body weight. Some progressive strength training exercises may be used each week to build on each other and see progression.
