Make your own Italian masterpiece at home! In this fun and interactive ravioli class, you’ll roll up your sleeves and learn to make pasta dough using double zero flour, a finely ground Italian flour. We’ll make the delicious gourmet filling with porcini mushrooms and form the tasty "pillows" with a ravioli stamp for that classic square ravioli shape. Plus the DIY Ravioli Kit includes a jar of truffle-infused oil to finish off the dish (and use again).

Come prepared with some kitchen basics, a few grocery items, some basic cooking tools, and an appetite to learn just how delicious and easy it is to make this time and time again in your kitchen. Our ravioli kit comes with everything else you'll need to make approximately 32-46 homemade raviolis. We’ll make one batch of raviolis in class, for you and a friend to enjoy a meal. Then you can use your newfound skills to make a tasty second batch!

New to making pasta? Don’t fret! This recipe’s dough is forgiving, and we’ll be here to walk you through each step. We’ll cover making this completely by hand, but also help you out if you have access to a food processor, a stand mixer, or a manual (or electric) pasta roller.

What you’ll need to bring
  • 2/3 cup ricotta (6 oz)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan, plus extra for garnishing
  • 1 small shallot
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 eggs
  • Pantry items: olive oil, salt, pepper
  • 2 small bowls, measuring tools, sharp kitchen knife
  • Small saucepan or frying pan
  • Pastry brush
  • Large pot with lid (3-5 quarts)
  • Slotted spoon or small colander
  • Rolling pin (alt: food processor, stand mixer, or a manual (or electric) pasta roller).
